Why can’t I get level 30 enchants?
You need 15 bookshelves placed with a 1‑block air gap around the table (no blocks between). Also bring enough player XP and lapis.
Why do the enchant options keep changing?
Enchantments are partly random. Enchant a throwaway item or adjust bookshelves to reroll offerings.
