How to obtain:
- Rare chest loot in ancient cities
- Bastion remnants treasure rooms
- Desert temples (low chance)
- Woodland mansions (occasionally)
Tip: Combine multiple methods—looting structures, trading with villagers, or farming mobs—to gather enchanted golden apple more reliably.
Uses for Enchanted Golden Apple
- High-end combat / boss fights (Wither, Ender Dragon)
- Emergency survival panic button
- Curing zombie villagers (alongside weakness potion) indirectly by providing safety resilience
Fun Fact
It was once craftable using 8 gold blocks around an apple, but that recipe was removed in 1.9 to increase its rarity.
